Storytelling at Tretower

Why are their two trees, one dead, one alive, standing side by side, overlooking a Cylch y Tylwyth teg (fairy ring)?

This was the inspiration I used for a story created by local school children as part of a storytelling project commissioned by CADW. Since then, I have returned annually to tell tales to visitors from all over the world. A truly magical place.
